I have been working with children, adolescents, young adults, individuals, and families with complex diagnostic profiles and challenging dynamics and behaviors since 2010. I offer a client-centered, strengths-based approach to provide authentic, safe support for individuals looking to develop awareness and understanding of themselves to enhance feelings of connection to their places in the world. I have extensive experience working with neurodiverse profiles, learning differences, challenging behaviors, mood dysregulation, trauma response, and identity formation needs. I encourage my clients to treat themselves with honesty, compassion, respect, kindness, and gratitude to drive action and intention toward their goals.
